About the Founder
Kevin B. Thomas the Founder of Pamoja EDI is a Certified Diversity Professional and Trainer with over nineteen years of experience relating to program development, training, coaching, diversity, equity, and inclusion practices. He combines strong leadership capacity with the ability to inspire and motivate people. He believes equity should be at the forefront of every organization, department, and employee. Throughout his career, he has consistently searched for opportunities to lend support to increase fair opportunities and practices with the individuals he served and his organizations of employment. A graduate of Johnson C. Smith University in Health and Human Services, Kevin uses his 20 years of experience as an educator and trainer to better the lives of families.
